Digital Skills Authority's Digital Governance Framework was developed and evolved by our founder since 2009.  The 'Collier Framework', has been an integral element of our Leadership, Management and Ethics certification programs delivered to leaders at government and blue-chip organizations, SMEs and start-ups around the globe, since 2008.

 

The framework enables leaders and managers to develop their own bespoke policies based on regulations in the countries where they have an online presence and / or audience using their technology or platforms.

 

Ethics, trust, organizational and brand reputation, as well as service are incorporated within our digital governance framework and digital governance course content.
