Deborah Collier is a senior executive and global expert in digital strategy, business, and marketing, with over 30 years’ experience at leading organizations including PwC, JP Morgan, the UK Ministry of Defence, and international consulting and media firms. She is the creator of the 'Collier Governance Framework'—the world’s first evolutionary global digital governance framework (est. 2008)- used in leadership, management and ethics programmes worldwide. Her governance achievements include identifying legal and reputational risks that led to the initiation of a £1 million+ global online accessibility transformation at PwC (circa 2003); advising on digital governance as a Non-Executive Director for a major government-funded education group; and supporting a department store chain's sales growth by uncovering an issue with e-commerce terms and conditions that was undermining consumer trust. A prominent keynote speaker, she delivered a speech and chaired a debate with leaders of well-known brands at the UK Parliament’s House of Lords on the future governance of digital, communications and technology.
